Frequently Asked Questions

Your photos will be delivered to your email with a link to your online gallery. From there, you will select the images that you would like and you will be provided with a password to download. If you fall in love with other images in the gallery outside of the number that was agreed upon, you can reach out and we can discuss different purchase options.
We find that this is the most useful and convenient way for you to view and download the high-resolution files of your images. Once the website featuring your online gallery is ready, you will receive an email with a link to it.
Yes! Many, MANY hours are spent going through each photo that is captured, selecting the very best from your session. Each photo is then hand-edited, adjusting what is needed to take the photo from good to great. I do NOT do any bulk editing or mass-producing using presets that are just copy-pasted. I make sure to take my time with your photos so they will put your best foot forward.
No, I do not. I eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, there are times I shoot with low apertures and take a few extra shots to make sure I have the perfect focus. I don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, so I spend hours doing that on my end.
This all depends on the custom package we have created. Each package is custom tailored to fit your individual needs and will look different for each client.
Once a gallery is delivered and images are downloaded, you will get a release that gives you the right to use the photos as we agreed in the contract. Many people get this release confused with “copyright.” Copyright simply means that Culinary Captured took the photo and that the rights of the photo remain with the photographer. However, you have the right to use the photo as agreed upon in the contract.
